A mobile-gaming unicorn, among the most prominent studios in its sector worldwide. Rapid growth, international organization, very high hiring standards for key functions, both operational and strategic. The client entrusted us with a long-term recruiting mission, well beyond a single role.

The challenge

Hiring continuously for key roles, from Sales to Tech, in an environment where the bar leaves no room for approximation. The profiles sought are rare, highly courted by competitors, and the client refuses any compromise on fit. Sourcing widely isn't enough: selectivity has to hold over time, role after role.

Our approach

Massive, direct sourcing

Rather than waiting for applications, we went out and found profiles one by one: roughly 2,000 candidates sourced across the whole mission, through direct outreach and a qualified network.

Extremely selective screening

Every profile is measured against the role's real bar, not a generic grid. Result: a conversion rate of about 0.15%, evidence of a deliberately tight filter rather than a lack of volume.

We don't give up

On the rarest roles, where relevant candidates can be counted on one hand, we kept sourcing active for as long as it took, never lowering the bar just to move faster.

Continuity over time

The mission ran for 1.5 years, with constant tracking of the client's needs as they grew, across key roles, from Sales to Tech.
