- Applies if the candidate leaves the position or is replaced for performance insufficiency within 4 months of their start date.

What you need to know.
On which contract types do you work?
CDI, freelance and RPO. Success-based recruitment and Exclusive Mandate mainly cover CDI; RPO covers high-volume or ongoing needs; freelance placement is done at 20% margin.
When do you bill?
Success-based: only on successful hire. Exclusive: per the quote agreed. RPO: daily (from €600/day), on the schedule we define together.
How does the 4-month guarantee work?
If the candidate doesn't work out within 4 months of their start date, we restart sourcing at no extra cost, under the conditions described above.
How many profiles do you present?
3 to 5 profiles per mission, each actively sourced, met in interview by Walid, and presented with a full brief. Average time < 20 days.
